A paper to provide students with a basic understanding of the New Zealand legal system, and an introduction to the law of torts, contract, agency, sale of goods and services, persons, including corporate bodies, property and consumer legislation. Subject to the approval of the Faculty of Law, this paper may be taken as an individual interest paper, or by students enrolled in qualifications other than Law.
