This research seminar paper provides an advanced-level examination of Agriculture and Law encompassing the application of fundamental legal concepts (e.g. contracts and land law) to issues arising in agriculture, and legal concepts unique to agriculture (e.g. food safety and soil conservation). Students complete a supervised research project of up to 12,500 words.
