Diploma of Engineering Professional Practice
Focus on the practice of being a professional engineer and gain graduate level education in skills and expertise in commerce, management and leadership alongside the relevant Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (BE(Hons)) professional work experience.

The Diploma of Engineering Professional Practice is an additional qualification available to BE(Hons) students that includes the 800 hours of required work experience, while equipping graduates with enhanced business management expertise in preparation of rapid progression into management and leadership positions.
The DipEPP includes two points-bearing work placement papers, two 500 level management papers (delivered by the Waikato Management School) and two papers cross-credited from the BE(Hons) degree.
