With a diverse background in the education sector, I have worked in various roles, from classroom teacher to principal, and even school pool cleaner, engaging with students aged five to eighteen. Driven by a passion for ensuring that every child can overcome obstacles to succeed, I have focused on learning support initiatives and pursued qualifications in educational psychology. My commitment lies in empowering all students, regardless of the cards they have been dealt, to thrive; I believe that Restorative Practices—centred on building, repairing, and maintaining relationships—are vital to this mission.
