"Waikato Management School was an easy choice due to its Triple Crown accreditation."

“The age of the highly specialised manager, who could make decisions even without knowing anything outside their specific domain, is gone forever," says Shilpi.

"I joined the MBM because it trains you to develop a broad understanding of all aspects of business and management. This programme prepares managers to develop a holistic view of business, thus making their decisions more effective.”

“For me, the MBM has certainly opened many doors in the business world, which would otherwise have taken quite a while. It was very evident during my job search phase that the Waikato MBM had given me a clear edge over other candidates in the fray.”

After graduating, Shilpi found her first job as a business advisor at the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment in Wellington.

Since then she's been promoted and now works as a manager in the Office of the Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Health.
