Moodle & Email Messages
There are two template messages that you can edit and email to the students. Alternatively you could share them on Moodle. There is one that you can share before the evaluation is to take place and one that you can share after. If you cannot upload them to Moodle, send them to your lecturer and ask them to share the information on your behalf.

Information for students BEFORE the evaluation
Template for face-to-face papers

My name is [add your name here] and I am the Class Rep for this paper. I am writing to ask you to bring a web-capable device to class this/next week as there will be time allocated during the lecture on [insert date here] to complete the end-of-semester paper and teaching evaluation.
