Creating a page

1. On your Mahara Dashboard, select Create.
   


2. On the top right of the next page, select + Create

   

3. In the pop-up window, select Page.

   

4. Enter the Page title.
   
   

5. If you wish, enter a Page description and Tags. 
   
   
   
   Notes:

• Select the green i icon on the left for help on Tags.

• Select the down arrow to the right of Advanced to see more settings.

6. Finally, select Save at the bottom left.
   
   
   

Edit a new page

After saving your new page, you can use the icons on the top right of your screen to edit page settings and content.

• Drag or select the + icon to add a new block.
• Select the cogs icon to change page settings.
• Select the screen icon to display or submit your page.
• Select the padlock icon to share your page.

Notes:

• To create a new Collection of pages, select Collection at step 3.
• To create a Page or Collection using pre-existing pages or collections, select Copy at step 2, then select Copy page or Copy collection to the right of its name in the list. See  Copying a page or collection.
• The page will not be visible to others unless you share it. See sharing a page.
• For information on adding various types of content to your page, see the Edit a page section.

Return to portfolios

To return to your list of portfolio pages and collections, select the stack of pages icon at the top right.

You may need to select the ellipsis (3 dots) icon to open the full options menu.
