Innovative teaching with mobile devices.
Agnes will talk about mobile learning (mlearning), making connections of relevance to teacher education, raising possibilities for research, and giving consideration to future directions in mlearning. Agnes’ presentation is informed by her long standing research interest in effective communication with technology, and human factors in technology adoption.

Creative learning & teaching with social media.
Steve will talk about technologies that enable creative learning and teaching, including micro/blogs, wikis, social networking, podcasting and media sharing services. Steve will give consideration to what it means to learn and teach creatively, inviting participants to discuss the implications of technologies within their own professional contexts.
