Waikato Ethnomethodology and Conversation Analysis Group
Date / Time: 17 May 2013 10am
Venue: TT1.12 (McLaren Room), Faculty of Education, University of Waikato.
A Waikato Ethnomethodology and Conversation Analysis Group (WECAG) is being established as an academic interest group. The aim of the group is to meet monthly to discuss research using an ethnomethodological and/or conversation analysis approach from a range of disciplines. The group meetings will provide the opportunity for members to support each other in analysing audio and video footage from their projects and to discuss the data in relation to issues in ethnomethodology and conversation analysis. If you are an academic involved in ethnomethodology and/or conversation analysis or a postgraduate student using these approaches in your research then please contact Mandy.
The first meeting of the group will be held on Friday 17 May. This invitation is to all staff or postgraduate students at The University of Waikato who would like to be involved in the interest group.
