Sharing to Specific people (or groups)
Note
If you are adding a paper group, there may be multiple options for the same paper code and year. Hover your cursor over the group to see the group's full name. Names ending in e.g. ::Creator will only contain users with Creator privileges for the paper (typically not students). To share to students, select the option ending in ::Viewer.
Other sharing options
Note
You can follow the same process to share a whole folder (except your personal My Folder, which cannot be shared). The Share option is under the cog opposite the name of the folder: select it, and you will see a Share tab in the pop-up window, which has the same features as the Share tab for a single recording.
