My research focuses on mindfulness-based interventions, psychological resilience, healthy brain aging, psychopathology, well-being and health-related quality of life covering broader areas of health psychology, psycho-physiology, assessment methodology and biostatistics.
Generally, I am interested in psycho-physiological mechanisms that can be utilized as drug free treatments for psychological health conditions and for improvement of health and well-being.
