Event Spaces in the Student Centre
Student Centre event spaces are bookable through Resource Booker.
Available Spaces
The following spaces may be available for University of Waikato groups to use.

Level 2 Foyer
Available spaces are identified below:
- Section 1
- Section 2
- Section 3
- Entire foyer - all sections need to be booked for this option.
Level 2 balcony
- 10 café tables
- 36 café chairs
- 2 large picnic tables with seating for 12 at each
Interior Level 2
This space is available by request through Resource Booker.

Usage Conditions
- Events must not impede with normal operations and services of the Student Centre
- The Student Centre will not supply any furniture/equipment
- These spaces are in main thoroughfares so sufficient space must be provided for unobstructed movement
- It is the responsibility of the user to return the space to its original condition and ensure that all extra materials are removed at the end of the function
- No uncovered food or food scraps are left in the building overnight
- The foyer is open 24/7 so items need to be removed overnight
