Blues Awards nomination form
Nominations for 2025 are now open for the University of Waikato Blues – a prestigious award that recognises excellence in sport, creative and performing arts.
Use this form to nominate yourself if you meet the criteria, to nominate a student, or to nominate a team for an award.
The applicable period for achievements is 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. Nominations close on 3 August 2025.
If you are nominating a student for a Blue, you will need to know their student ID number, and know they have met the criteria of being a current student as outlined in the form below:
