The CELF Elevate Programme

The Community & Enterprise Leadership Foundation (CELF), officially established in 2014 as a charitable trust, is a strategic partner to the Waikato Management School (WMS), University of Waikato.

CELF and WMS deliver the CELF Elevate Programme. The objective of this programme is to build future Waikato leaders who can re-imagine a stronger Waikato from social, environmental, cultural and economic perspectives.

This part-time, nine-month leadership programme, connects established leaders from business and community organisations, growing capability, creating awareness, building resilience, and explaining and aligning key leadership competencies. A leadership programme like no other, funded by for profit partners with 50% of participants coming from business and 50% from community organisations, the model is structured allowing both groups to engage, learn from one another and grow alongside each other.
