Carol has joint responsibilities for the Faculty of Science and Engineering and the Faculty of Computing and Mathematical Sciences.

Carol has a business degree majoring in accounting and a postgraduate diploma in education administration. Apart from a short period as an early childhood educator Carol has worked in the area of project management and professional support to educational organisations in the Tauranga and Hamilton area. Prior to coming to Hamilton, Carol (and family) also owned several successful small businesses.
