About this opportunity

This project has already involved three surveys and interviews with 42 legal experts. Research publications already number more than 15. These can easily be found online to get a good idea about what the project is about. Please see recent publications by Mark Harcourt and associated co-authors.

The next phase, starting in late 2023, will involve applying for research grants in the US and UK. This will involve far more 'experiments' and far larger data sets (possible in excess of 10,000 respondents).

If you are selected for this vacancy and you are successful in being admitted to the Doctoral programme at the University of Waikato, you will need to cover all costs yourself or via a scholarship that is independent of this vacancy.

  • masters in relevant discipline such as HRM, employment law, industrial relations
  • at least a B+ grade average
  • plan to enrol for a PhD
