Bryant Hall
Bryant Hall is our smallest hall of residence on campus, and is a great option for students who want to live in a tight-knit community.
Bryant Hall, located by gate 1, is our smallest hall, creating a tight-knit community of residents and staff who look out for each other and are focused on balancing study and the student lifestyle.
Bryant Hall offers the option of both catered and self-catered accommodation.
Kaupapa Maori and Pasifika Floor
Bryant Hall offers a unique opportunity for Maori and Pasifika students where they can choose to live on the Kaupapa Maori and Pasifika floors. Nga-Tokorua-a-Taingahue and the Pasifika floor allow students to live with other like-minded students where they can embrace their culture while living in a supportive academic environment.

College Hall is our biggest hall on campus, bringing an energetic environment that supports aspirational students in their academic and sporting pursuits.
College Hall, located by gate 3b, is the largest hall and focuses on bringing an energetic environment that supports aspirational students in their academic and sporting pursuits.
College Hall is our most modern hall being the most recent to be refurbished and has modern lounges on each floor for study and leisure, and a TV projector room for the ultimate sports or movie experience.
College Hall offers the option of both catered and self-catered accommodation.

Student Village
Student Village provides student with a unique experience, living in pods of six students rather than spread across blocks of 50-60 students.
Student Village, located by gate 2, is the second largest of our halls and is unique in that the students live in a pod of six students rather than spread across blocks of 50-60 students.
Residents at Student Village come from all over the world, giving you the chance to meet lots of new people and experience a range of different cultures.
Student Village offers the option of both catered and self-catered accommodation.

Silverdale Road Apartments
Silverdale apartments offer an independent lifestyle designed for post graduate and mature students.
Silverdale Road Apartments, located by gate 11, offer an independent lifestyle designed for post graduate and mature students who want the convenience of living close to campus. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and queen bed with a living/study space.
Silverdale Road Apartments are not available for school-leaver students.

- Fully equipped kitchen - full sized oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Residents will need to bring their own cookware or purchase a kitchen pack from the accommodation office for $145

Orchard Park
Orchard Park is designed for students who want to live in a flatting situation, while enjoying the security of living on campus.
Orchard Park, located by gate 10b, is designed for students who want to live in a flatting situation, have a good balance between meeting new people and having independence, and enjoy the security and support of living on campus.
Orchard Park is fully self-catered and is popular among second, third and fourth year students, as well as international students and those studying at postgraduate level. This creates a supportive community of students who are keen to get stuck into their studies and build lasting memories with new friends along the way.
There are both cottages and studios available at Orchard Park. Studios are only available to postgraduate students.

- Studios - shared kitchen with 5 other flatmates, own bathroom

Catering
We can provide catering to cover a wide range of dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, and Halal.
Self catered accommodation is not usually offered to school leavers. Individual applications may be considered where a student has a severe dietary, disability or medical need. You will be required to provide evidence to support this application, and acceptance is also subject to availability.
Laundry
Laundry facilities are available at each Hall on campus. The washing machine and dryers are token operated. Tokens can be purchased at each Hall from the token machines using your bank card. Each load costs $2.
Parking
Paid parking applies to all cars parked on campus including students living in the Halls. You can opt to pay daily, weekly or Trimester. Trimester parking is $60. You will need to download the free ‘PayMyPark app’. For more parking costs and information, click here

Wifi and electricity is included in all facilities.

To keep everyone safe while living on campus, we have rules and regulations.
To keep everyone safe while living on campus, we have rules and regulations. Please read the following information regarding your contract, deposit, rules and regulations before accepting an offer.
If you are successful and offered a place, you will need to accept your offer and pay your deposit/admin fee online by the due date indicated on your offer letter. If you don’t, the offer expires and your place will be offered to another student.
