Terms and conditions
To qualify for the accommodation guarantee, you must:
- Be a first-year undergraduate student starting at the University of Waikato in Trimester A 2026
- Live in Auckland at the time of your accommodation application
- Have applied to the University of Waikato and accepted a conditional offer of enrolment by 30 September 2025
- Submit your online accommodation application by 30 September 2025
- Be applying for an undergraduate single or conjoint degree
- Have applied for a fully catered room at Bryant Hall, Student Village, or College Hall in Hamilton, or a self-catered room at Selwyn Street Studios in Tauranga
- Have met all requirements of the University's Residential Agreement
