Kickboxing 

Kickboxing is a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay thai and Western boxing.

Waikato Thai Kickboxing Club: In addition to fitness and stamina, the WTK Club will teach you proper authentic Thai Kickboxing skills that have been developed over the centuries. The Club welcomes people, male and female, of all levels of experience from beginner upwards.
