This paper examines the systems and infrastructure underpinning technology-enabled finance, including payments, clearing and settlement, blockchain, smart contracts, digital assets, and on-chain finance. It develops capability in tracing transactions and evaluating system dependencies, operational risks, interoperability, digital identity, data, and API layers.
