A lecture and computer-laboratory paper on the computational methods used in neuroscience and biophysics. Topics include linear and non-linear differential equations, Euler and Runge-Kutta integration methods, limit cycles, action potential generation, hysteresis and memory in simple neural systems, stability, noise simulation, root finding. The programming language used is MATLAB.
