Make a complaint

Before making a complaint you are encouraged to raise your concerns directly with the relevant person wherever possible, with the aim of resolving them quickly and without undue formality.

If you’re a student and would like to make a complaint about another student, the University and/or its staff.

If you’re a member of the public and would like to complain about the University, a member of staff or a student.
