Silverdale Road Apartments (part of Orchard Park), located by gate 11, offer an independent lifestyle designed for post graduate and mature students who want the convenience of living close to campus. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and queen bed with a living/study space.
Silverdale Road Apartments are not available for school-leaver students.
Apartment facilities
- Ideal for single person occupancy however very limited apartments may be offered to couples.
- Fully equipped kitchen - full sized oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Residents will need to bring their own cookware or purchase a kitchen pack from the accommodation office for $145
- Furnishings - queen bed, two seater couch, wardrobe, desk, office chair, notice board and bookshelf
- Laundry
- Common room - shared space with kitchenette, TV and couches
- Bike sheds
- Access to Orchard Park’s Facilities - TV, pool table, table tennis and BBQ area

| Reserved Parking (optional) | $350 | Each hall has limited reserved parking. Alternatively, Licence to Hunt parking permits can be purchased via the ‘PayMyPark‘ app. |
