Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the care you receive here at the Student Health Service, the appropriate procedure is as follows:

  1. Discuss the problem in private with the staff member concerned or write them a letter if you prefer.

  2. Make an appointment to discuss the problem with Dr. Kym Christadoulou, Senior GP, or Kellee Hodge, Associate Director Student Health

Your complaint will be handled promptly and with absolute confidence according to the Student Health Service Complaints Policy.
