The Waikato MBA will help you find your true sense of purpose as a leader. It will equip you to lead and influence people, drive continuous innovation within your organisation, and respond to complex, challenging situations.
The programme is structured around three key areas - Frameworks, Leadership, and Value Creation - and there is a strong emphasis on experiential learning. Students will discuss real business problems facing organisations today, and be exposed to inspiring thought leadership that will stretch your current thinking to form a more global perspective.
In Part 2 of the programme, participants will add value to their own organisation through a high-impact research project, take part in the MBA Case Competition, and travel overseas on the MBA Study Tour.
