Construction Management Subject regulations
The Master of Construction Management (MCM) aims to produce work-ready graduates with highly advanced capabilities in managing complex construction projects, delivering sustainable infrastructure, and leading multidisciplinary teams involved in construction projects.
The Master of Construction Management (MCM) will be delivered in Tauranga only, with the inaugural intake scheduled for A Trimester 2027.

PGCert(CM), PGDip(CM) and MCM The qualification regulations define the subject requirements for the PGCert(CM) and PGDip(CM). There are no specified subject papers that must be completed for the PGCert(CM) and PGDip(CM) programmes.
Students taking the 120 point MCM must complete: ENGCM571, ENGCM573, ENGCM574, ENGCM575, and ENGCM576.
Students taking the 180 point MCM must complete: ENGCM571, ENGCM573, ENGCM574, ENGCM575, ENGCM576, ENGCV506, ENGCV588, and ENGEN561.
